This project includes the renovations to a newly acquired, existing structure which include removal of the existing facade and exterior wall finishes and replace with custom metal panels, EIFS, new lighting and signage, aluminum storefront window system. A new drive through service write-up are a with canopy roof will be constructed, and new interior walls, ceilings, lighting and finishes will be installed. Once complete, the dealership will feature a larger showroom and sales space, an Audi cafe and a new waiting area. Construction is scheduled for completion at the end of December, 2007.
