The State of New Hampshire awarded Jewett Construction the contract to replace 254 windows at Londergen Hall, a 4-story brick office building on Pleasant Street in Concord, NH. The project includes removing 254 weighted-sash windows and replacing them with new energy saving aluminum clad, double-hung wood windows and new aluminum trim to create a maintenance free exterior . The project involves abatement of lead and asbestos found in the existing window glazing and paint. The entire project will be performed while the building is occupied. Construction is scheduled to be complete in April of 2008.
