A High-Performance Industrial Campus Designed for Speed, Access, and Efficiency

(Wilmington, MA) Jewett Construction has completed construction on a 214,400-square-foot multi-tenant speculative industrial warehouse campus for Davis, a real estate development firm, in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The dual warehouse facility, known as Upton Crossing, is located on a 42-acre site at 38 Upton Drive.

These two buildings have been meticulously designed and constructed to meet the highest standards demanded by modern warehouse distribution, industrial, and high-tech manufacturing tenants. The buildings are outfitted with cutting-edge Ductilcrete engineered slab systems, impressive 32' clear heights, and column spacing of 45’ x 56’.

The buildings further enhance productivity with four 12’ x 60’ speed bays, 29 dock doors equipped with dock levelers, and provisions for additional dock locations, ensuring streamlined operations for all tenants.

The site enjoys seamless access to both I-93 North and I-93 South via Exit 35, ensuring smooth transportation routes in all directions. Additionally, it boasts a mere 0.5-mile drive from Route 125, a 6-mile distance from I-495, and a convenient 18-mile commute from Logan Airport.

What sets these structures apart is Jewett Construction Company's commitment to efficiency and innovation. Thanks to the company's accelerated design-build format, this project became a reality in just 18 months—from the initial conception to construction completion.

"We are immensely proud of the completion of Upton Crossing, which stands as a testament to our team's expertise and passion for building remarkable spaces," said Greg Stewart, President of Jewett Construction. "A lot of planning and logistical thought has gone into designing this building to be the ideal facility optimized for peak efficiency. This project with Davis required vision and trust in our incredible project team, and we are proud to see this marquee project completed with such success."
