Howland to Champion Culture, Communication, and Career Growth at Jewett

FREMONT, NH – Jewett Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Kat Howland to Vice President of Employer Brand and Talent. Kat has been a vital part of the Jewett team since October 2018 and most recently served as Director of Marketing.

“This promotion reflects Kat’s many contributions to Jewett Construction,” said Greg Stewart, Senior Vice President. “Since joining Jewett, Kat has played a pivotal role in shaping our brand, elevating our digital presence, organizing employee-focused events, and spearheading culture-building initiatives. Her results-driven mindset and strong advocacy for our team have been instrumental in both our short- and long-term success.”

Expanding Her Impact

In her new role, Kat will focus on enhancing the employee experience across all levels of the organization. She will lead initiatives around talent recruitment and retention, internal communications, company culture, and staff engagement.
