Two High-Capacity Additions Will Boost Industrial and Office Capabilities for Newmarket-Based Brand Marketing Firm

Jewett Construction of Fremont, NH is proud to announce its continued partnership with PromoCentric, a leading full-service brand marketing company, as it embarks on a new expansion project designed to meet growing business demands and provide additional leasable space to the region’s industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The project includes two new high-clearance additions — one measuring 11,000 square feet and the other 12,610 square feet — each standing 35 feet tall. These expansions will offer enhanced warehousing capacity, customer parking, and new office space. In addition to supporting PromoCentric’s internal growth, the facilities will also be leased to complementary tenants, providing economic benefits to the broader Newmarket community.
