Jewett Construction to Build Second Location for Ricetta’s Brick Oven Ristorante

(Saco, Maine) – Ricetta’s Brick Oven Ristorante, a beloved family-owned Italian pizzeria based in Southern Maine, has selected Jewett Construction to manage the construction of a second location in Saco, Maine. Ricetta’s is known for their delicious family recipes, a family-friendly atmosphere, and locally-sourced ingredients. Jewett Construction is thrilled to be managing their expansion into Saco.

This project will focus on transforming the old Kerryman’s Irish Pub facility on Route 1 into a brand-new Italian eatery experience. The existing facility will see interior and exterior demolition work to accommodate a new architectural style throughout. Exterior treatments will include new cedar board and batten siding, a wooden trellis entry feature, and decorative accent lighting along pedestrian walkways.

A new kitchen design will create space for two of Ricetta’s signature brick oven fixtures along with other modern equipment throughout. Demolition work has begun and construction is scheduled for final completion by the end of Summer 2019.
